Welcome to Atribus (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of www.atribus.co.za and to all purchases of our products in South Africa. By using this website you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Returns Policy and Shipping Policy.
1. Products & Information
We take care to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate; minor variations may occur.
All items are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after ordering, we will refund you in full.
2. Orders, Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without notice.
Your order is accepted once payment clears via our secure payment gateway(s) (e.g., Ozzhow and other listed methods). We do not store card details.
We may cancel an order (with a full refund) for suspected fraud, error, or unavailability.
3. Delivery
Delivery terms, timeframes and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.
4. Returns, Defects & Cooling-off
Change-of-mind returns are handled under our Returns Policy.
Under the Consumer Protection Act, defective goods may be returned within 6 months for repair, replacement or refund (our choice unless otherwise required by law).
Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act cooling-off: if applicable, you may cancel an online purchase within 7 days after delivery (excludes opened hygiene items and custom/discounted items as provided by law).
5. Use & Safety
Our bath & body products are for external use only. Please review ingredient lists for allergens and perform a patch test. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a professional if needed.
Keep products away from children unless specified as child-friendly.
6. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos and content on this site are owned by Atribus or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.
