Returns & Refunds

Summary:

Change-of-mind: 7 days from delivery, unused & unopened, original packaging. Return courier at your cost.
Defective/damaged: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos—we’ll repair/replace/refund as required by the CPA.
Hygiene: Opened bath & body items can’t be returned unless defective.

1. Eligibility

Items must be in resalable condition: unused, unopened, with all seals/labels intact.
Non-returnable (unless defective under the CPA): opened hygiene items; used items; gift cards; promotional/free items.

2. Defective or Damaged Items (CPA)

Please email info@atribus.co.za within 48 hours of delivery (for damage in transit) with your order number, description and clear photos.
For defects, you may return goods within 6 months of delivery for repair, replacement or refund (subject to inspection and as permitted by law).

3. How to Start a Return

Email info@atribus.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address or arrange a courier collection.
Pack items securely to avoid damage in transit.

4. Costs & Refunds

Change-of-mind returns: you cover return courier fees. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Defective/damaged items: we cover reasonable return shipping once verified.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is inspected (allow 3–7 business days after receipt).

5. Cooling-off (ECT Act)

If applicable under the ECT Act, you may cancel a purchase within 7 days after delivery. You must return goods in original, unopened condition. We’ll refund the product price; you may be liable for return shipping as allowed by law.
