1. Where We Deliver
We deliver throughout South Africa via trusted couriers. For remote areas, delivery may take longer or incur a surcharge (we’ll notify you before shipping).
2. Shipping Fees
Calculated at checkout based on your address and parcel size/weight. Promotional free-shipping thresholds, if any, are applied automatically.
3. Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed after full payment is received.
Custom/large orders may need extra processing time; we’ll communicate if so.
4. Delivery & Tracking
We send a tracking link when your parcel leaves our facility.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel during business hours; a re-delivery fee may apply if the courier can’t deliver.
5. Risk, Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery
Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address provided.
Please check your delivery address at checkout; we’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Unclaimed/returned parcels may incur reshipping fees.
6. Damages in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please email info@atribus.co.za within 48 hours with photos so we can assist promptly (see Returns & Refunds).
